(Includes TWolves jersey and shorts that the player will get to keep after the season)

Payment method: Visa or MasterCard (website is secured by Fast Transact) or by check.

Payment by Check: Complete the on-line registration process and click on "check". A confirmation and instructions of where to mail the check will be sent to
you. Include players name on your check and mail to:

Refund Policy:
There will be no refunds issued after teams have been announced. TYSA will do its best to provide participation for all interested girls however participation may be limited
if coaching, team space, participation numbers and field resources are not available. In the unlikely event that we are not able to place your daughter on a team, you will
be fully refunded your registration fees.
